The door
swung open and I watched Agent Mulder walk into the office. I had
a good view of him when I was sitting at my desk. He gave me a
heartbreaking, sad smile.
He finally sat down on the couch, looking as though he had lost
his way in the world. He looked as though he had been crying.
Dark circles formed underneath his teary eyes. I wished that I
could do something, anything, to help him. He didn't need me; he
needed her - Agent Scully - to bring him back.
She was the light in his life. That much was certain. Any idiot
could tell that he has feelings for her.
Now he is a boat without his anchor.
They need each other - that much is true. I hope that he will
find her soon. His beautiful hazel eyes used to sparkle whenever
he was with her.
I have this feeling that his eyes will sparkle again when he
finds her.
